Membertou Office Building

Project Details

Membertou is a Mi’kmaq community in the suburbs of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Membertou Place was built in 2020; a three-story office building with tenants that include Grant Thornton, Canada Post, Vogue Optical, NSHA, and the Union of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq. The initial building and each of it’s tenant’s individual spaces were fit-up with mechanical and electrical services by A.H. Roy between 2019 and 2022.
